Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing via email at Info@kiyegi.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

Opened or used food products (e.g., matcha powder) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
