We currently offer two types of matcha: Ceremonial Grade and Premium Grade.
Ceremonial grade is made from the youngest tea leaves and is meant to be enjoyed with water for a pure taste.
Premium grade has a stronger flavor and is ideal for daily use, lattes, and recipes.
Our matcha is sourced from Kagoshima, Japan, a region renowned for its ideal climate and long-standing tradition in producing high quality green tea.
Our matcha contains 100% pure green tea powder (Camellia Sinensis) with no additives, sugar, or artificial ingredients.
Good matcha has a smooth, slightly sweet, umami-rich flavor with gentle earthiness and no sharp bitterness.
Matcha provides calm, long-lasting energy due to its natural caffeine and L-theanine, without the sudden crash of coffee.
Add 2g of matcha to 40–60 ml of water at about 80°C, whisk until smooth and lightly foamy. You can also add milk for a creamy drink.
